Rihanna Named Spokesperson For Mac’s Viva Glam Campaign

Rihanna Hearts Mac has been taking over all year, and while her last
collection comes out in December, it will NOT be the end of the
collaboration after all! As the spokesperson for MAC's Viva Glam
campaign, Rihanna will be lending a hand to help an amazing foundation
– all proceeds of Viva Glam's lipstick and gloss help men and women
suffering from HIV/AIDS.

Rihanna Named Spokesperson For MAC's Viva Glam Campaign

MAC's Aids Foundation was created in 1994, and has raised $270 million
through the sales of Viva Glams' lipstick and gloss — it's so amazing
that Rihanna, 25, is going to be part of it all!

She follows in the steps of a lot of huge stars including Nicki Minaj,
Lady Gaga, Pamela Anderson and Fergie!

Rihanna started a collaboration with MAC in February 2013, and has
launched a new collection each season. Once a MAC girl, always a MAC
girl, apparently!

She definitely matches the description of a Viva Glam gal!

"The idea of VIVA GLAM was to celebrate life and the outspoken
attitude of the company," their official website reads — sounds
perfect!

In an exclusive interview with Women's Wear Daily, Rihanna gushed
about the new gig.

"When you think of makeup, the brand that pops into your mind — for
something legit — is MAC," she told Women's Wear Daily. "Whatever
color you want, it's like 'Let's go to MAC.' I've been using MAC on
tour for such a long time it was a natural fit for me. I have always
loved makeup, and I always said that if I do it, I want to do it with
a credible brand."

According to an official press release, the new campaign will start in
January 2014, and more details will come out closer to the release
date.
