post-breakup rebound.

Two sources confirm to E! News that Miley Cyrus and Benji Madden were
making out last night at Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows, where Miley
partied the night away on Halloween with a big group of gal pals.

We're told that the twerking queen arrived at Bootsy Bellows/Ciroc
Vodka Halloween party around midnight with a group of 10 girlfriends
and immediately joined Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Matthew Mosshart
at their joint table.

The source adds that the pals were both laughing and giggling and were
definitely in the mood to party.
