Cristiano Ronaldo angry at Mesut Özil sale

The Real Madrid superstar was grumbling while away on international duty after it was confirmed that the German had become the Gunners record signing with his £42.4million switch from the Santiago Bernabeu.
The report claims Cristiano Ronaldo joined up with the Portugal squad and reacted badly to the news, claiming Özil was the one player that facilitated prolific goalscoring more than any other player.

"The transfer of Özil is lousy news for me. He was the player that knew my movement in front of goal best," he reportedly said.
It also claims that Ronaldo was baffled by how Real Madrid could accept an offer and allow "a player who makes the difference" leave the club.
Not only that, Ronaldo was also said to be frank in his assessment of the transfer, saying "I'm angry about Özil's move ".
Arsene Wenger and Arsenal fans were delighted with the capture of Özil on transfer deadline day because of the quality he will bring the team and so it is understandable there was disappointment from his former club - Cristiano Ronaldo is not the only Real Madrid player unhappy the 24-year-old has gone.
Both Sergio Ramos and Sami Khedira openly expressed their disappointment, with the former saying Özil would still be at the Santiago Bernabeu if he was in charge of transfers.
"It's obvious that he is a special teammate and friend. I've always had a real 'feeling' with him, and it's a shame. He's a great footballer, unique," he said
"Everyone is free to choose the best for themselves, but if I were to decide what was happening at Madrid he would be one of the last who would be going.
"But he has decided, and the club too. We have a great team and I hope it will be a big year [for us].
